Privacy Policy

Orivia ("we", "us") is a photo storage and sharing service at photos.oriviva.in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and, if you set one, a hashed password.
  • Sign in with Google or Apple: your name, email address, the account ID the provider gives us, and your profile picture link (Google only). We never receive your Google or Apple password.
  • Your photos: the files you upload, their file names, titles you give them, and technical details such as size, dimensions and the date taken.
  • Usage records: when you last signed in, and how many times each public link has been opened.
  • Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To run your account, store your photos and show them only to you.
  • To serve a photo publicly when you turn on its share link.
  • To send account emails such as email verification and password resets.
  • To keep the service secure and within each account's storage allowance.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your photos to train any model.

Photos and share links

  • Photos are private by default and are not listed or indexed anywhere.
  • When you create a share link, anyone who has that link can view and download the photo until you switch the link off or renew it.
  • Shared copies have location (GPS) and camera metadata removed. Your own downloads keep the original file.

Who can access your data

Orivia administrators can see account details and the photos stored on the service so they can manage storage, remove content that breaks our Terms, and take backups. Data is hosted on servers provided by Hostinger. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

  • Your photos stay stored until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Deleting a photo removes it and its share link straight away.
  • Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) removes your account and all of your photos.
  • Admin backup archives are deleted automatically once their download window expires.

Your choices

You can view, download, rename or delete your photos at any time, update your name and email in your profile, and delete your account. To ask for a copy of your data or for anything else, email oriviva.in@gmail.com.

Children

Orivia is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
