Terms of Service

Your account

• You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google or Apple.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account has a storage allowance. Uploads that would go over it are refused.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give Orivia permission to store them, create thumbnails and previews, and show them to people you share a link with, only so we can provide the service.

What is not allowed

• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.
• Illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that harasses, threatens or exposes private information about other people.
• Malware, or files disguised as images.
• Attempts to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service.

We may remove content, switch off share links, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Share links

Anyone with a share link can view and download that photo. Only share links with people you trust, and switch a link off or renew it if it reaches the wrong people.

Availability and backups

We work to keep Orivia available and your photos safe, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which deletes your photos. We may close accounts that break these terms.
